The silver Samsung SGH-E316 flip phone from Rogers Communications works on GSM 850 and 1900 MHz, comes with a 1 year warranty, a charger and a standard lithium battery. The Samsung SGH-E316 cellular phone supports both English and French languages, has a 65k colour display with another external display.
